Easy Meals



  • 1 cup EasiYo Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup self raising flour    

    *extra flour to dust the surface for kneading       




  • Pre heat oven to 240C/fan 220C /gas 8.
  • Mix the EasiYo Greek Yogurt and flour together in a large bowl and form a ball
  • Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for approximately 5 minutes
  • Roll dough out to a pizza shape and top with your favourite toppings 
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp (oven heats vary so keep an eye on it)
