1. Mix one sachet of EasiYo powder with water in the 1kg jar and shake well.
2. Fill the Yogurt Maker with boiling water up to the marked line and place the jar inside.
3. Leave for 8-12 hours. Chill in the fridge before serving.

Note: Clean your Yogurt Maker with a damp cloth. Do not submerge it in water, as this may damage it.
