These easy and delicious breakfast delights will start everyone's day with a smile.
Ingredients
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a muffin or friand tin.
Mix butter, sugar and vanilla until well combined. Add eggs one at a time and whisk well.
Stir in EasiYo Yogurt and combine well. Add sifted flours and salt, mixing until just combined.
Gently fold in rhubarb and chocolate into the mixture before spooning into prepared tin.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from tray.
Serve with a dusting of icing sugar and dollop of EasiYo yogurt.
