Fluffy Vanilla Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 2 cups self-raising flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups EasiYo Vanilla High Protein yogurt
  • 4 eggs, whisked
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • Honey and berries to serve (optional)

Method

Combine flour and salt together in a large bowl.

Add EasiYo Vanilla High Protein yogurt and eggs and mix well.

Heat a large nonstick frying pan over a medium heat with a bit of butter.

Using a ¼ cup measuring cup, pour in batter to form the pancake. Allow to bubble and cook for 2 minutes before flipping and cooking for a further minute.

Serve pancakes with a drizzle of honey and your favorite fruit topping.
