Method
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl combine oil, sugar, baking soda and vanilla essence and mix well. Fold in EasiYo Plant Based Original Alternative to Yogurt.
Sift in flour and add coconut, salt and chocolate chunks.
Scoop portions of mixture onto the prepared tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling
