Cheese & Bacon Yogurt Bread Sticks
Add some delicious crunch to your next platter with these cheese and bacon bread sticks.

Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups plain flour, plus extra for dusting
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp fresh chopped herbs - parsley, thyme or rosemary
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic & herb salt
- 2-3 rashers bacon, rindless, finely diced and cooked (or use chopped shaved ham or salami)
- 1 cup EasiYo Greek Style Natural Yogurt
- Cracked pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 185°C and line 2 trays with baking paper.
- In a large bowl mix the flour with the grated cheese, chopped herbs, paprika, garlic salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped bacon or diced ham and mix well.
- Stir in the yogurt and mix well until the mixture forms a soft dough.
- Dust a clean dry surface with flour and pat the dough out with your hands or a rolling pin to form a large rectangle.
- Cut into 2cm strips and carefully lift each onto the lined trays, leaving room for spreading.
- Brush with milk and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- Serve on a platter with your favourite savoury dip or sauce.
