Berry Chia Seed Pudding

Serves 2



  • 1 cup EasiYo Greek Style Raspberry Yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • Raspberries, blueberries or boysenberries to serve


Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.

Allow mixture to sit for 5 minutes before mixing again.

Divide the mixture between two jars or glasses, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with fresh berries of your choice as a decadent breakfast or refreshing dessert.
